We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executive Manager to join our Sales excellent team in Kiev.
What you will work on:
- Effectively develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to help ensure customer renewals
- Negotiate with prospects via chats, emails, phone call
- Use knowledge of industry, technology, processes, and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on the value of our products, implementation expertise and our value to their business
- Meet or exceed your assigned quota
- Conduct meetings, product presentations
- Suggest process improvements
- Ensure effective coordination and support between internal teams and supporting technical resources
- Customer consultation regarding any issue
- Drive and close new business opportunities selling Competera to the Small & Medium Enterprise
- Prepare standard quotations and proposal information as required
- Enterprise applications pitch experience, 1-4 years of full-time corporate sales experience (software sales is a plus)
- Customer interaction excellence
- Business development expertise through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English, Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data, develop an individual sales plan, and accurately forecast results
